Q: Do we ship internationally?

A: International shipments require special handling. Notify LEI Sales if you need to ship internationally (includes Canada and Mexico). Document preparation fees will apply.


Q: How long does shipping take?

A: All orders are subject to manufacturers lead times. Shipment lead times vary by product line and manufacturer.  We try to ship most smaller in stock items in 2-5 business days from acceptance of order/payment. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible.


Q: What forms of payment do we accept?

A: LEI Sales requires 100% Pre-payment for all customers [exceptions may apply]. We accept company checks, all major credit cards [Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX], PayPal [plus 3% fee], and Wire Transfers [Plus $50 fee] for customers in the U.S, U.S territories, Canada, and the U.K. For international purchases we require payment by wire transfer. For schools, colleges, universities, government agencies, and non-profit organizations we accept Purchase Orders (Net 30 terms). Please contact us at 240-324-7970 to make payment arrangements.

Q: What is our returns policy?

A: In the event that a product needs to be returned for any reason, return cannot occur without LEI Sales’ approval and a LEI Sales’ return material authorization form (RMA) or a returned material authorization number. Return of said items MUST occur in the original packaging. Return must occur within 14 days of receipt by buyer with accompanying RMA affixed to original packaging. After 14 days the item(s) is/are not returnable. Items sent back 'blind' without accompanying RMA will be rejected and will be returned.
